  • Tyrrells vs Mildmay Football Match

    On Thursday 28th April, the Tyrrells Football Team played a League match away against Mildmay Junior School.

     

    The team played very well, especially as this was only their second match of the year. Despite their best efforts, the score finished at 6-0 to Mildmay.

     

    Well done to the team: Tom K, Joshua, Jolyon, Luke, Evan, Max, Bobby, Joey, Charlie and Finn.

  • Tyrrells v Perryfields League Netball Match

    On Thursday 21st April, the Tyrrells Netball Team played a League High Five Netball match away against Perryfields Junior School.

     

    It was a beautiful afternoon and the team were certainly in high spirits as they walked around to the venue. 

     

    Our well-established team played very well, despite some initial nerves - and managed an impressive 17-0 win. 

     

    Well done to the team: Abi, Brooke, Edie, Hannah, Katie B,  Keira and Nathan. Thanks also to our lovely Coaches - Sam Bluck and Kerry Ketley, and to the parents and other family members who came along to support us.

    A huge thank you to all the children that took part in the Yo-Yo art project for Farleigh Hospice.

    The Farleigh Hospice have invited the children involved to visit and view the finished art piece. More details to follow shortly.

  • Art Competiton - The Queen's 90th birthday!

    This year is the Queen’s 90th birthday and you are invited to

    design a birthday card to mark this special occasion.

    The Radio Times are calling all young artists to design a birthday cover for the Queen.

    There are three age groups - eight years old and younger; nine to twelve and thirteen to eighteen.

    The winner of each category will appear on the front cover of the RT's special Queen's Birthday issue.
