Today in RE we are going to be learning about Easter. Easter is the most important festival in the Christian calendar. The date of Easter Sunday changes every year. In 2020 Easter Sunday is on 12th April. 

 

The PowerPoint below will teach you about why Christians celebrate Easter.

Now you have learnt a little bit about why Christians celebrate Easter now lets enjoy an Easter story together...
Riley would like to make an Easter journal. Can you help him put the events into the correct order? If you do not have a printer perhaps you could draw your own pictures to show the correct sequence for Riley.
