The school follows Health and Safety Guidance issued by Essex Local Authority. Please note that for Health and Safety reasons, no jewellery, except stud earrings and a watch, should be worn at school. If studs and/or a watch are worn, these must be removed before the children can take part in PE/Games sessions. Earrings must be removed at home on the days children have PE. This means that if pupils cannot take their earrings out, they will have to sit out of PE until they can remove their earrings.

Taped earrings and silicone earrings are prohibited.

All long hair needs to be tied back with soft bands for the school day and all PE sessions.
