Welcome to lesson 3 on plants. Plants play an important role in our diet. Not only do they provide nutrients, vitamins, minerals, fibre and water, they are also the base of the entire food web!

 

Did you know that most meat and dairy products that people eat were produced by farm animals that were also fed plants?
