This week in Maths we will be revisiting the key skills of addition and subtraction!
Today, you will be learning to add two-digit numbers and tens. Just remember to think carefully about what each digit in a number represents – this is called place value. For example, in the number 32 the digit 3 represents 3 tens (so 30 because 3 lots of 10 equals 30) and the digit 2 stands for two ones (2 lots of 1 equals 2).
