Lesson 4 - Lets explore a seaside town

In todays geography lesson we are going to start by recapping natural and man-made objects and their features. Can you sort the natural and man-made objects?

 

Challenge: Can you think of any more natural or man-made objects you may find at the seaside? Draw them and add them to the table.

 

Today you are going to explore a seaside town in the UK without leaving your home. You will be exploring St. Ives in Cornwall in the South West of England. You will learn where St. Ives is using the maps on the PowerPoint and learn about some of its features and attractions.

 

After you have watched the video clip on the PowerPoint, read the information and researched St. Ives on the internet you are going to record any interesting information on the St Ives Word Web Frame below.
