PE Days
Our Outdoor PE session is on a Thursday. Please ensure that your child comes into school in their outdoor PE kit, including a blue or black tracksuit if cold. Your child can also bring gloves and a hat if the weather is cold.
Our Indoor PE session is on a Wednesday. Please ensure that your child comes into school in their PE kit on this day. This includes appropriate footwear such as trainers. If the weather is cold, your child is also able to wear a blue or black tracksuit to school in line with our uniform policy.
Homework and Spellings
Spelling tests will be carried out in school on a Wednesday morning. New spellings will be sent home on a Friday.
Homework will also be sent home on a Friday. This will include the weekly phonics focus, including phonemes, vocabulary, tricky words and spellings. Time to time there may be an additional activity at the bottom of the sheet that links to the children's learning. Please ensure that you read with your child daily for at least 10 minutes and record this in their reading record.
