Welcome back everyone. We hope you have enjoyed your Easter break and that you found some exciting things to do at home.
Remember, if you have completed a book review for Mrs Daines' challenge, you need to ping them over to us via email. There are templates available on the Year 5 class page under the picture of Winston the Worm.
Daily tasks
You should continue with your daily reading (20 minutes per day) and record details in your reading record. Remember to note down any new or exciting vocabulary.
Spend some time on Times Table Rockstars - there will be some battles coming up!
You will find spelling lists in the English section under the heading 'useful websites' of the Year 5 page. Challenge yourself to learn 10 per week. Can you use the words in context?
If you use Lexia in school, please continue to use this at home.
Winston the Worm - book reviews
Last call for book reviews. If you have a book review which you haven't sent to your class teacher, now is the time to finish them off and either email or upload onto see-saw.
Last push to keep Winston in Year 5.
