This morning the children had a bit of a lay in as we had a later breakfast. We had rain forecast all day but luckily the rain dried up during the morning. The washing machines will be busy when they return home as the children very much enjoyed the puddles and mud ducking from 'Drop Bears' during the Sensory Trail. We have received some wonderful feedback from the PGL staff leading activities today with many familiar faces saying they were pleased to have Tyrrells groups for a second time.
After the last activity, the children showered, dressed in their best clothes and styled their hair for the disco. The photos of them looking 'fierce' are below.
At dinner, we all sang Happy Birthday to Aflie and he opened his presents while the lovely chocolate cake was cut and handed out. After this, the children went into the sports hall where Alfie handed out glow sticks for the disco.
The children are all currently doing the YMCA and Mr Fenn is rocking his Batman onesie (as you do)!
We are hopeful for an early night tonight, ready for a morning of packing and two final activities. The plan is to set off after lunch and we will aim to Tweet a picture from the coaches before we leave.
